- Create compelling original content including graphics, copy, short-form video, and reels — aligned with LP Creative's brand voice
- Manage and maintain social media accounts with consistent posting cadences
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at events, productions, and in the office
- Collaborate with internal team members to highlight projects, milestones, and culture moments
- Stay current on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content formats
- Maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule posts in advance

- Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal, brand, or client)
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different platforms
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Solid understanding of platform best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small, fast-moving team

- Experience in a creative agency, production, or entertainment environment
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtag strategy, and platform analytics
