LP Creative is looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Developer to build and elevate our internal social media presence. This is a part-time, in-person role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy.

You'll be the voice behind our channels — developing content that reflects who we are, engages our audience, and strengthens our brand identity across platforms. From ideation to posting, you'll own the full content lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Priority focus on building and managing LP Creative's internal social media presence — growing our brand channels
  • Support external social media management for clients, including strategy, content creation, and account oversight
  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, introduction into TikTok , etc.)
  • Create compelling original content including graphics, copy, short-form video, and reels — aligned with LP Creative's brand voice
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts with consistent posting cadences
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content at events, productions, and in the office
  • Collaborate with internal team members to highlight projects, milestones, and culture moments
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content formats
  • Maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule posts in advance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal, brand, or client)
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different platforms
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar
  • Solid understanding of platform best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small, fast-moving team
  • Creative eye with a clear understanding of visual storytelling
  • Photography or videography required – mix between iPhone and professional cameras

Nice to Have:

  • Background in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Experience in a creative agency, production, or entertainment environment
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtag strategy, and platform analytics

Why LP Creative:

We're a creative team that values bold ideas and authentic storytelling. This role gives you real ownership over a brand's social presence and the freedom to bring your creative vision to life. You'll work alongside a talented team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, creative environment.
