Solar Installer

Home Team Energy is a family owned, 5-Star residential solar company based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. We’re looking for a motivated, high-integrity individual to join our team as a Solar Installer (ideally stepping into the role of Lead Solar Installer), overseeing installations and helping maintain our reputation for exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Install high-quality residential solar systems on rooftops and ground mounts
• Work with our team to deliver clean, professional, and code-compliant installations
• Maintain strict safety protocols on every job
• Progress to leading installation crew and mentoring newer team members
• Represent Home Team Energy with pride and integrity

Requirements

• Must pass pre-employment and ongoing drug tests
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong personal integrity and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in all Wisconsin weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, etc.)
• Comfortable working at heights on roofs
• Commitment to following strict safety standards
• Team-first attitude — you enjoy working with others who push each other to improve every day

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Residential roofing or carpentry
• General construction
• Mechanics or equipment operation
• Farm or outdoor trade background
• Any previous solar or electrical experience

We value work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn more than prior solar experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20 – $40 per hour

Expected Hours: 35 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• Day shifts only
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
