Stocker/Driver

Sun Lite Mini Mart is looking for an experienced Stocker/driver role focus on inventory management and product logistics, ensuring goods are received, organized, and transported efficiently. Stockers manage inventory, organize shelves, and maintain store cleanliness. Some driving is required for this role to transport goods safely, plan routes, and maintain accurate documentation. This role requires physical stamina and reliability.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Unload, sort, and stock merchandise on shelves
• Inventory Accuracy: Use scanning devices to track inventory, conduct stock checks, and report discrepancies.
• Merchandising: Arrange products to meet display standards and keep shelves organized.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean store/stockroom, remove trash, and ensure safe, hazard-free aisles.
• Customer Service: Assist shoppers in finding products
• Physical Work: Frequently lift, push, and pull, sometimes up to 25+ lbs, and work in, early mornings and nights and weekends
• Transportation: Drive vehicles (e.g., box trucks, vans) to transport goods to designated locations safely and on time.
• Documentation: Review delivery documents, log sheets, and cargo accuracy before transport.
• Loading/Unloading: Load and unload cargo at our locations, and delivery pick ups, and some forklift is required.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for long periods.
• Organization: Attention to detail to prevent inventory errors or product damages.
• License/Safety: Drivers require a valid license and a clean driving record.
• Scheduling Flexibility: Availability to work early mornings, nights, weekends
• Forklift experience is A PLUS
• Starting pay is $11 an hour however after your 90 days it can increase

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
