Full job description
Express TCG is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about trading card games and enjoy working in a fast-paced, community-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases, product questions, and event information
- Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain organized product displays and restock inventory as needed
- Assist with hosting and supporting in-store events and tournaments
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional store environment
- Must enjoy teaching and up for building a new community
Qualifications:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of trading card games (Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
