About the Role

Ready to lead a team in one of North Carolina's most beautiful mountain destinations? We're looking for a talented and driven Retail Manager to take charge of our Banner Elk store. You'll run the show building a great team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving real results in a community we're proud to call home.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail professional who is motivated by people, passionate about performance, and eager to make an impact in the High Country.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all store operations from open to close
  • Coach, develop, and inspire a team of retail associates
  • Drive sales performance and deliver on revenue goals
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Deliver a customer experience that keeps people coming back
  • Analyze store metrics and implement strategies for improvement
  • Build relationships with the Banner Elk community and local customers

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in management
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with POS systems and retail reporting tools
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak seasonal periods
  • Passion for people, community, and delivering great service
