About Us

Holland Construction is a reputable General Contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial construction projects. This role requires 3-5 years of experience and a strong ability to manage safety, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documents, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor activities.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular site inspections.
• Maintain quality control and ensure project objectives are met.
• Submit daily reports and time records promptly.
• Handle project changes, RFIs, and problem resolution.
• Attend meetings with project stakeholders.
• Investigate and report job site incidents.
• Complete project punch lists and maintain a clean, organized worksite.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 1+ year of commercial construction experience (Required)
• 2+ years as a Superintendent (Required)
• 2+ years as a Foreman (Preferred)
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Ability to work at multiple locations
