Swimming Pool Technician

Texas Splash Pools is hiring a full-time Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician/General Labor. Job duties will include; Swimming pool maintenance and may include some lawn care, vehicle maintenance, general maintenance duties, warehouse duties, general labor, and any other duties as needed; this a full time job Monday-Friday and is a full time pool maintenance route that requires work to be done every week on a schedule. Must be a licensed driver in the state of Texas, with a clean driving record. Can not have any felonies. Can not use drugs. Must be able to communicate politely & complete work in a timely & accurate manner and be at work every day consistently. Must be willing to work in adverse weather conditions, as long as it is safe, all work is performed outdoors and in all weather conditions. We are a family company that is looking for another great addition to our team that can work independently and is a team player. We will train on the job with a 90 day probationary period. Will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining swimming pools on a daily route and also all other duties as needed. Must be responsible, dependable, hard working, drug free, have no felonies and must have a valid drivers license. The position requires that you are 18 yrs of age, have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, able to lift 50 pounds or more repetitively and often, work in high degrees of heat & adverse weather conditions. Tech must be able to work around chlorine without allergic reaction. We are looking for someone in search of long-term employment.
