About us
Celco Community Credit Union is a community-chartered credit union located in the heart of southwest Virginia. Our goal is to meet all of our member's financial needs in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team of Tellers. The successful candidate for this position will have basic computer skills and a high level of attention to detail. He/She will need experience dealing with customers and will be detail-oriented and efficient in execution. Our Tellers must follow written policies and procedures and be able to work independently to complete tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers who arrive in person.
- Carry out cash handling procedures.
- Help customers conduct transactions at our branch or by phone.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Complete paperwork and other administrative tasks.
