Hours 11:25AM - 8:00PM Monday-Friday

Rotating Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM

Travel Agent Specialist Job Description:

Our Travel specialist is responsible for answering incoming calls from Club Members. Agents answer questions from Club Members and assist them in fulfilling their travel needs. This position is responsible for providing lowest fare, and utilizing other sales techniques as appropriate to obtain every possible booking. This position is responsible for creating the best vacation experience for members.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a travel agent
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travelling
• Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
