Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Phone communications, veterinary chart review, scheduling, clinic communications, feline husbandry, medication administration, measuring levels of radiation post-treatment, cleaning (kennels and general), daily patient updates, and patient discharge.

As a specialty center, we reside within another clinic (Cats Exclusive Veterinary Center), so do not have traditional client-facing reception position(s). However, all of our employees' positions are a large part 'reception’ type roles, along with feline medical boarding. Reception/desk work duties include taking incoming calls from clients and referring veterinarians, scheduling appointments, chart review, and communicating with referring hospitals. As employees represent the face of our clinic, excellent customer service skills are a must. We will train you on these important communications for the initial first few months of hiring, as well as the skills regarding feline husbandry.
If you would like to work in a progressive environment, are passionate about feline medicine, are a team player, a reliable employee, and have previous experience working with felines in a medical environment, we would love to hear from you!
