Summary

We are seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our team at Kingsbridge Animal Clinic in Garland. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care to our patients while supporting veterinarians in various medical procedures.

Three days a week (8AM-6PM) and a rotating Saturday (8AM-12PM)

Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures.
• Perform routine laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging as needed.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide compassionate care and support to animals and their owners.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for both animals and staff.
• Educate pet owners on proper animal care and health maintenance.

Requirements

• Certification or degree in Veterinary Technology or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Veterinary Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, handling, and care practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with pet owners and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
