The Role: Warehouse Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented, driven Warehouse Associate to join our team in Berthoud, CO. This isn't just a shipping job; you are the final touchpoint for our customers. You’ll ensure our gear is packed perfectly and shipped out to customers across the country.

What You’ll Do

• The Final Polish: Package and ship orders with precision and care, ensuring every customer gets exactly what they need.
• Supply Chain Support: Receive and process incoming shipments, keeping our inventory organized and our workflow seamless.
• Quality Guardian: Inspect products for quality before they leave the building—if it isn't perfect, it doesn't ship.
• Team Support: Occasionally jump into the production department to help the crew keep the wheels turning.
• Shop Pride: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence.

• You’re an Outdoor Enthusiast: You aren’t a stranger to the outdoors and share the same passion for adventuring that our customers do.
• You’re a Morning Person: You love a 4-day work week! You’re ready to hit the ground running Monday–Thursday (7 AM – 5:30 PM).
• You’re Physically Driven: You can comfortably lift and move 70 lbs. and enjoy staying active on your feet.
• You’re a Culture Fit: You value innovation and teamwork. You’re looking for a place where your hard work is noticed and your passion is shared.
• You’re Ready to Learn: No experience is necessary. We provide the training; you provide the hustle.
