Full job description

Responsible for the shipping, receiving, storage, order fulfillment, & inventory on hand.
Responsible for maintaining ongoing compliance based on various routing and transportation management system requirements.
Interact with various carriers: LTL, FedEx, UPS and common carriers. Experience with International shipping a plus.
Responsibility of moving shipments from receiving platform to storage and work areas while maintaining storage procedures for identification purposes.
Maintains accurate records of inventory, packaging orders, and issuing documentation to office.
Assists with design and implementation of work methods and operational procedures for efficient order processing and inventory management.
Attends to the physical condition of warehouse for order and cleanliness.

Skill Requirements-

1) Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

2) Computer skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook and other shipping software.

3) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must

4) Previous warehouse and order fulfillment experience needed

5) Strong English communication skills – written and verbal

6) Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working within narrow deadlines

7) Ability to interpret & effectively communicate and execute daily tasks in accordance with Shipping and Routing Guidelines required.

8) Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

9) Reliable and punctual.

10) Attentive and responsive to shipping deadline

11) Knowledge of Sage accounting software and TMS Portal data entry for generating advanced ship notifications and BOL’s helpful.
