Website Manager

Overview

Padula Media is a leading digital marketing agency headquartered in West Chester, Pennsylvania, serving clients across the United States. Our growing team is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Website Manager who thrives on uncovering problems, developing websites, and maintaining them to peak efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who has been acting as a lead developer for projects looking to take on their next role.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management – Manage creative and digital projects (branding, websites, campaigns) from kickoff to delivery. This includes building timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating resources to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary client contact, leading meetings, sharing updates, and managing expectations. Translate client feedback into clear next steps and provide basic design-informed recommendations.
• Team Direction – Direct designers, developers, and copywriters with the assets and guidance they need to perform their work.
• Website Development - During the course of website projects, act as the primary / lead developer for WordPress project builds.
• Quality and Process – Facilitate team collaboration, resolve roadblocks, and ensure accountability to project goals. Review deliverables for quality and alignment with brand standards before client presentation. Oversee revisions, approvals, and organized asset management.
• Planning & Improvement – Contribute to proposals, scopes, and project planning with realistic timelines. Recommend workflow improvements and track project performance for continuous refinement.
• Website Hosting & Maintenance – Oversee all websites under hosting, migrate sites to our server as needed, manage site changes, update and improve the website hosting process, run weekly update scripts, and troubleshoot and test problems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an development role
• Proven experience managing multiple projects at once.
• Strong understanding of website hosting and the process to maintain sites.
• Writing or editorial background, with the ability to guide or edit SEO-driven content for clarity, tone, and performance
• Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and other
• Proactive mindset and passion for staying ahead of web trends

What We Offer:

• Competitive Base Salary between $65,000-$75,000 based on previous experience with other bonus incentives.

• Healthcare is covered at 50%. Out-of-market costs will be paid by the employee.
