WHAT YOU’LL DO

✅ Perform MIG & O45 Hardwire Welding on steel and aluminum
✅ Set up welding machines, fixtures, and tools per job specs
✅ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings & weld symbols
✅ Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
✅ Troubleshoot and maintain welding equipment
✅ Complete production reports and job documentation
✅ Support team production goals and deadlines
✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
✅ Assist in training less experienced welders (as needed)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ 2–3+ years of MIG & O45 Hardwire welding experience
✅ Strong blueprint reading & weld symbol knowledge
✅ Experience working with steel & aluminum materials
✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✅ High attention to quality and detail
✅ Understanding of welding safety standards

PLUS!

✔ Experience mentoring or training other welders
✔ Ability to troubleshoot and adjust welding equipment
✔ Flexibility for overtime or additional shifts
