Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness
• Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
• Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while accommodating operational needs and guest demands
• Enforce health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices, chemical handling, and equipment use
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience and uphold service standards
• Clean rooms as required

Requirements

• Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry processes, and janitorial best practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
• Experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control inspections
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment operation

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
