Program Coordinator

Job Description

Looking for an individual who is able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment, leading an established team of employees to provide the utmost care. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the functions of the Residential Habilitation program of participants with developmental disabilities who live independently in the community. The Program Manager is responsible for managing direct care staff who provide up to 24 hours of care in the home. The Program Manager will be responsible for QA of paperwork, hiring, scheduling and potentially coving shifts as needed to support their team. Must be detail oriented, flexible, organized and able to juggle multiple tasks. Must have great communication skills, both in oral and written in a professional manner. Must be a self-starter and able to manage others well.

Other Requirements

• Is at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Has 2 years of management/supervision experience
• Has at least 3 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
• Can satisfactorily completed a criminal history check in accordance with IDAPA 16.05.06
• Must be CPR and First Aid certified or available to attain certification.
• Be free from communicable diseases
• SAMS Certification in order to assist with medication - PBS will provide
