We are seeking a calm, dependable, and hospitality-driven Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Position Overview

As the Overnight Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours while helping ensure the safety, comfort, and smooth operation of the property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, remains composed under pressure, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful guest service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with overnight check-ins/check-outs
• Monitor the property and respond to guest needs during overnight hours
• Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate overnight guest requests with on-call departments as needed
• Perform nightly reporting, audits, and administrative tasks
• Help maintain a quiet, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Assist with preparing the property and front desk for morning operations

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remain attentive overnight
• Professional, calm, and detail-oriented demeanor
• Comfortable handling guest situations and operational responsibilities during quieter overnight shifts
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
