The Role

You'll do a little bit of everything — and you need to be good at all of it:

• Work the register and own the guest experience from hello to goodbye
• Run the line and plate food that looks as good as it tastes — presentation matters here
• Cook chicken, work the fryer, knock out prep — get comfortable with all of it
• Keep the space clean and the energy high — both are non-negotiable
• Move fast, adapt faster — no two shifts look the same
• Show up for a small, tight-knit team that actually gives a damn

• Has a natural way with people — no script needed
• Takes pride in how things look — every plate, every time
• Doesn't mind getting their hands dirty (literally)
