Duties

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
• Apply paint using airless spray guns, power tools, or hand tools with precision and attention to detail
• Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel alignment, and welding to restore vehicle integrity
• Buff, polish, and detail painted surfaces for a smooth, high-gloss finish that exceeds customer expectations
• Conduct quality inspections on painted vehicles to ensure flawless finishes and adherence to safety standards

Requirements

• Proven dealership experience or extensive auto body painting background demonstrating skill in auto restoration
• Proficiency with welding techniques and mechanical knowledge related to vehicle repair processes
• Skilled in handling hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and buffing machines
• Experience with auto painting techniques including airless spray application and detailing processes
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and auto glass replacement is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform physical tasks required in auto body repair environments
