Job Description

Every package represents the brand.

Before the customer sees the product, they experience the delivery. That experience must be clean, accurate, and consistent.

This is a high-volume environment handling high-value items. Precision is not optional.

The Role

This is an entry-level position designed for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

As a Shipping Assistant, you will support fulfillment operations by preparing orders, organizing items, and maintaining a clean and efficient workflow.

You will start by assisting the team and learning the system.
Over time, you will take on more responsibility and manage your own workflow and shift.

Shift: Friday-Tuesday, 8 AM to 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Prep boxes and organize items for shipment
• Clean and prepare products (including sunglasses) before packing
• Assist with packing and labeling orders
• Match items to orders and verify condition
• Package items securely and professionally
• Double-check labels, items, and packaging before shipping
• Keep workspace clean and organized
• Support the shipping and fulfillment team as needed
• Follow systems and processes exactly
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy

Once trained and consistent, you will:

• Take ownership of your own packing workflow
• Handle orders independently
• Potentially move into later shifts or expanded responsibilities

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
