Full Time Accounts Payable Clerk at Java Medical Group!

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Java Medical Group. The perfect candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
• Execute daily financial transactions, which include verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accurately accounted for and correctly posted.
• Monitor vendor payment agreements to guarantee payments remain current.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks.
• Maintain precise records of financial transactions.

Skills:

The ideal candidate should have some of the following skills:

• Proficiency in performing account reconciliation tasks.
