Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Part-Time Call Center Agent to join our team in Luzerne, PA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their utility accounts, troubleshooting inquiries, and supporting our mission to deliver cutting-edge metering solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with diverse customers, this position is perfect for you! Hours will be between 3-8 PM, no weekends.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, addressing inquiries related to scheduling appointments.
- Enter data accurately into our computer systems while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency
- Provide multilingual support to accommodate a diverse customer base, including bilingual assistance when needed
- Follow phone etiquette best practices to ensure each caller feels valued and understood
- Document customer interactions thoroughly for future reference and analysis purposes
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and enhance overall customer satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele
- Strong computer skills including data entry, navigation of CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze customer needs quickly and effectively handle inquiries
- Ability to maintain professionalism with phone etiquette while managing multiple tasks efficiently
