Construction Project Manager

Position: Construction Project Manager

Location: This position will be primarily focused to construction insurance claim projects in Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth and Bristol counties of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

· Inspect and estimate construction repairs using Xactimate software (Xactimate experience not required but preferred; BuildBak will provide training for the right candidate)

· Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

· Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

· Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

· Address any issues or changes in project scope, and provide timely solutions to keep projects on track.

· Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges.

· Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and performance metrics to management.

· Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Requirements

· Experience and proficiency in Xactimate software is highly preferred

· High school diploma required.

· Previous experience (3+ years) in construction project management or related fields is required.

· Previous experience in the insurance restoration or related fields is advantageous.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

· Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

· Interest in the construction or insurance restoration industry and eagerness to learn.

· Competitive compensation ($90,000 - $150,000+ per year based on experience and performance). Compensation consists of a base salary with quarterly performance bonuses. Annual pay can reach $200,000+ for the right individual.
