About the Role

Wildfire is hiring motivated, career-driven individuals for an entry-level Sales Manager position in Indianapolis, IN. This is a face-to-face, direct sales role where you will meet customers in person to present and sell products and services on behalf of our clients — Just Energy and Primo Water. Paid training is provided from day one.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales and leadership — no prior experience needed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers in person to present and sell Just Energy and Primo Water products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate energy and water solutions
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales techniques and leadership development
• Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship management
• Track individual performance metrics and contribute to team goals
• Maintain professionalism and follow company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis, IN area
• Must be able to work in-person at assigned locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (not required)

Work Environment
