Full job description
TimberStone Grill in Hammondsport NY now seeking to add a Sous chef for the fast paced upcoming Summer season. Must be able to produce consistent high quality cuisine utilizing the best local ingredients the Finger Lakes region has to offer. Job duties include supporting the Executive Chef in leading a team that delivers high-quality, great tasting food. Must be motivated, versed in multiple cooking techniques, organized, and creative.
