In Home Program, INC DBA/Marscare is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs)/Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support our expanding patient population.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and plan of care
• Collaborate with RN, physicians, and care team
• Administer medications, including injections
• Perform wound care and dressing changes
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Complete accurate clinical documentation (visit notes, progress notes)
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
• Track vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, O2 saturation, weight)

LPN Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license (required)
• Current CPR certification
• Home Health or related experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation

Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA – Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming
• Provide personal care and hygiene support
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Observe skin condition and prevent breakdown
• Support nutrition, hydration, and intake/output tracking
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow plan of care and document services provided

HHA/CNA Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or HHA training (required)
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Home care experience (preferred but not required)
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
• Ability to work independently in home settings

Work Environment

• In-home patient care throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas
• Flexible assignments based on availability and proximity
