Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with skill and consistency.
• Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and café environment.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service while maintaining quality standards.

Experience

• Previous barista experience in a fast-paced café or food service environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and proper sanitation practices.
• Experience in the food industry or retail math is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
