Route Driver Helper (Beverages)

Wisconsin Distributors is currently seeking enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individuals to join our delivery team as a Route Driver Helper! This position is responsible for assisting with the reliable and efficient delivery of beverages to customer accounts. The Route Driver Helper consistently moves products throughout the day while also supporting merchandising activities at customer locations. Work morning hours and be home every night. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with delivery of beverage products to customer accounts
• Safely move, unload, and merchandise products at delivery locations
• Provide excellent customer service during all account interactions
• Work closely with Route Drivers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout the workday
• Use mobile technology, including iPads, for delivery and account functions

Location

• Start and end routes in the Sun Prairie area

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Early start and finish times
• Home every night

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $20.00 per hour
• Non-CDL position to start
• Must obtain CDL permit (temps) within two weeks of hire — company training provided
• Additional pay increases after obtaining CDL permit and full CDL

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required
• Ability to lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 165 pounds of product
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and patience when working with customers
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using mobile devices and iPads
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
