Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are fully stocked.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize the Aloha POS system to process orders and payments.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders - Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and garnishments - Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register.
• Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a positive manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling money, and making change accurately.
• Knowledge of retail math for inventory management purposes.
