Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on commercial buildings using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Operate specialized equipment and safety equipment (such as ladders) to access high or hard to reach places
  • Conduct routine janitorial tasks including wiping down surfaces, removing debris, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas
  • Follow safety protocols diligently when working at heights or with cleaning chemicals to prevent accidents
  • Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale cleaning projects efficiently and effectively
  • Inspect windows regularly for damage or dirt buildup, reporting issues promptly for maintenance or repairs

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services, preferably in a residential setting
  • Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and safety procedures
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing ladders and working with two-story heights
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

In addition to our salary ranging from $25-$40 an hour, we offer profit sharing!

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
