Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across various projects. In this role, you will analyze complex business processes, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. Job Title: Junior Business Analyst (W2 Employment)
Location: Maryland (Remote/Hybrid Options - Candidates MUST BE CURRENTLY RESIDING IN EASTERN OR CENTRAL TIME ZONE ONLY)
Role:
Support requirements analysis, process documentation, and solution development for key business projects. Learn from senior BAs and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the US immediately (W2 employment, no C2C).
Acceptable Status: US Citizen, Green Card Holder, H4 EAD, or GC EAD.
(Visa sponsorship not provided. Non-US residents cannot be considered.)
Based in Maryland OR permanently reside in Eastern/Central Time Zones (FL, GA, NC, OH, IL, TN, MI, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree.
Entry-level: 0-2 years BA experience. Internships/projects count!
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
