We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, safety, and efficiency while operating various types of tow trucks.

• Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance, including vehicle breakdowns and accidents.
• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring proper loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists with professionalism and empathy.
• Perform basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of services rendered, including documentation of any damages or incidents during towing.
• Collaborate with dispatchers to coordinate efficient routes and ensure timely responses to service requests.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving, including operating manual transmission vehicles when required.

Skills

• Proficient in operating tow trucks.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients in distressing situations.
• Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license; a commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
