Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Partner Success Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with partners, managing collaborations, and ensuring the successful execution of various initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a background customer success or partner management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in partner management and service will directly contribute to our growth and partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned FUZE partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all post-sales activities.
- Understand client needs, goals, and challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement tailored solutions.
- Onboard new event partners, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of expectations.
- Provide consistent feedback to the FUZE Product Team from partners in order to further improve our products and services
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, offering product training, best practices, and troubleshooting assistance as needed specifically in the chargeFUZE Events space
- Serve as an advocate for the partner within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities.
- Track and report on key metrics related to client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of IoT industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
