Louisiana Purchase brings the energy, flavor, and hospitality of New Orleans to the heart of North Park. We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead from the floor, inspire a team, and help create unforgettable guest experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing FOH team
  • Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards
  • Manage daily operations, staffing, and shift execution
  • Handle guest relations and problem-solving with confidence
  • Support sales, labor, and operational goals
  • Help maintain the fun, energetic culture we're known for

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High-volume restaurant experience preferred
  • Passion for hospitality, food, cocktails, and team culture
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
