Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced RV Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair various types of recreational vehicles. This role is perfect for someone with mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a passion for working with their hands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair RV systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, LP gas, chassis, and appliances
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections and warranty repairs
  • Conduct routine maintenance and install aftermarket accessories
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Communicate clearly with service writers and customers when needed
  • Keep work area clean and organized while following safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of RV repair experience or related mechanical/technical experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of RV systems and diagnostics
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Must supply your own tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • RVIA/RVDA certification a plus (but not required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
