About Precision Raceworks

Precision Raceworks, LLC is a leading manufacturer of high-performance automotive fueling solutions located in Magnolia, Texas. We design, engineer, manufacture, and support innovative products used by automotive enthusiasts, professional installers, and performance shops across the world.

Position Overview

We are looking for an Automotive Product Support Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about performance vehicles, enjoys helping people solve problems, and wants to build a career in the automotive aftermarket industry.

While customer communication is a primary responsibility of this role, this is not a typical customer service position. We are looking for someone who can become a product expert, help customers achieve their goals, solve technical problems, and represent the Precision Raceworks brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and technical knowledge.

The right candidate does not need to know everything about our products on day one. We will provide training and support, but we are looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys learning, and is willing to continuously expand their technical knowledge.

If you’re the type of person who enjoys modifying vehicles, researching technical topics, helping fellow enthusiasts, and continuously learning, we’d like to hear from you.

Advancement opportunities are available for motivated team members who demonstrate strong performance, initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning.
