Papaya Market is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and produce operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and maintaining an efficient and organized environment.

Daily responsibilities include order picking, pallet movement and organization, produce handling and prep, inventory support, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Pick and stage orders accurately for delivery and store replenishment

Build, wrap, organize, move, and break down pallets safely

Receive and stock incoming produce and inventory

Sort, inspect, prep, and handle produce while maintaining quality standards

Organize warehouse areas and maintain inventory accuracy

Rotate inventory using FIFO practices

Load and unload deliveries

Work in refrigerated and cool-temperature environments

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and food safety standards

Support general warehouse and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in a cool/cold warehouse environment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, and pull throughout shifts

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Warehouse, produce, grocery, distribution, or stock experience preferred

Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus

English required; Arabic language skills preferred
