Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you are responsible for picking orders per customer specification, scanning inventory, and efficiently moving and packing customer orders in a fast-paced environment.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Pick orders per customer order sheet.
• Pack customer orders per company guidelines.
• Communicate with assigned team lead to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly expectations.
• Inspect stock items for defects, reporting damages to supervisors.
• Assist others on the team to meet customer expectations and company service levels.
• Follow all policies and standards to ensure a safe, clean, orderly, and efficient work environment.
• Complete miscellaneous warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Physical Requirements & Environment

• Ability to lift, handle and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and walking for 8- 10 hours at a time.
• Ability to work in various temperatures in a repetitive environment.
• Employees must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms and horns that may be used to warn employees of approaching equipment.

Compensation

• Base wage: $16.00
• Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available, between hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm, Monday - Friday. Let's talk about what works best for you!
