About the role:

We are seeking a Tower Tech 1 to join our crew. As a Tower Tech 1, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction, maintenance, and repair of cell phone towers. You will be part of a team that works together to ensure the safe and efficient completion of all tasks. You will work with experienced Tower Techs who will provide you with on-the-job training and guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of cell phone towers

- Climb towers using safety equipment and always follow safety protocols

- Perform tower inspections, installations, and upgrades as needed

- Help maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Ability to climb towers up to 400 feet using safety equipment

- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions

- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Basic computer skills

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the cell phone tower construction industry

- Basic understanding of tower rigging and hoisting

- Ability to read and interpret site plans and blueprints

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
