Job Title: Holistic Dental Hygienist

Company: Spring Smiles Holistic Dentistry – Holly Springs, NC

Spring Smiles is a growing holistic and biocompatible dental practice committed to whole-body wellness. We provide fluoride-free, metal-free, and integrative care with a strong focus on patient education and compassionate service. Our team is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment for both patients and staff.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist who is enthusiastic about holistic health and wants to make a difference in patients’ lives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and eager to grow within a practice that values innovation and wellness-centered dentistry.

Responsibilities:

Provide preventive dental hygiene services including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education.
Conduct yearly iTero wellness scans and assist patients in understanding their oral-systemic health connection.
Educate patients on holistic, biocompatible treatment options and lifestyle choices that support oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate records in our cloud-based PMS system (Archy).

Qualifications:

Current NC Dental Hygiene license in good standing.
Commitment to holistic and biocompatible dentistry (training provided if new to holistic approaches).
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
Team-oriented with a compassionate, positive attitude.

Schedule:

4 days per week (Monday 8:30–4, Tuesday- Thursday 7:30–4).
