Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Evening Cleaner/Floater to join our team. This position is responsible for providing cleaning services at various customer locations throughout Western MA and covering open shifts as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to different work environments and schedules.

Responsibilities

· Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and restroom sanitation.

· Empty trash and recycling containers.

· Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.

· Restock restroom and janitorial supplies.

· Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and quality standards.

· Travel between assigned locations as needed.

· Provide coverage for employee absences, vacations, and open shifts.

· Report maintenance, safety, or supply concerns to management.

· Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

· Previous commercial cleaning experience required.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks, including bending, standing, walking, and reaching.

Requirements

· Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) required.

· Must report to the office nightly for assignments and shift instructions.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Must be able to operate a company vehicle.

Schedule

· Evening hours start time 4pm .

* 25-30 hours per week.

· Additional hours may be available based on coverage needs.
