Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to maintain healthy, vibrant turf across commercial properties.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and seasonal cleanups.
• Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers safely and efficiently.
• Use hand tools and machinery like excavators for installation or repair projects involving hardscape features or irrigation systems.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and water conservation.
• Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping equipment and power tools.
• Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques such as hardscape installation (patios, walkways) and tree trimming.
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, snow plowing procedures, and general property maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: $150.00 - $180.00 per day
