Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing services to residential, construction and commercial properties. Successful candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

Perform window cleaning services for both interior and exterior surfaces. Clear gutters of debris, leaves, and other obstructions. Perform pressure washing services along with house washing services Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including ladders. Assess and communicate any potential issues or recommendations to clients. Adhere to safety protocols and use proper protective equipment. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with clients. Complete work orders and paperwork accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in window and gutter cleaning is a plus but not required. Comfortable working at heights and using ladders. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
