Hubwallet is a fast-growing payment technology company providing POS systems, merchant processing, and software solutions for small to mid-sized businesses nationwide. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, hungry, phone-driven sales reps who want to grow with us.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to work warm leads, cold leads, and prospect for new merchant accounts. This role is perfect for someone who is competitive, confident on the phone, and motivated by uncapped bonuses and recurring residual income.

You will be responsible for calling 100+ businesses per day, presenting Hubwallet’s payment solutions, and closing new merchant accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound calls per day to warm, cold, and follow-up leads
• Present Hubwallet’s POS and payment processing solutions to business owners
• Close new merchant accounts weekly
• Manage your pipeline in Hubspot CRM (training provided)
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and SMS
• Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn, or other tools to find additional leads (optional but valued)
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain a strong understanding of our promotions, pricing, and merchant programs

Compensation

Base pay + Bonuses for every approved merchant account

• Special promotions and performance incentives

Residuals:

• Earn monthly residual income on the accounts you sign
• Residuals grow as your portfolio grows - long-term earning potential is extremely high

Top performers can make $70,000–$150,000+ with bonuses and residuals.

• Strong phone presence (comfortable making 150+ calls daily)
• Hungry, competitive, and money-motivated
• Sales experience preferred (not required)
• Merchant services or POS experience is a plus
• Self-driven with strong follow-up skills
• Organized and able to manage a pipeline
• Clear communication and professionalism

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
