We are looking for a Bilingual AT&T Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting the customer service and wireless sales team in ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. The Bilingual AT&T Representative combines excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills while directly contributing to the sales aspect and customer satisfaction.

The Bilingual AT&T Representative will be the first point of contact for current and new customers, providing wireless support, resolving issues, and promoting products and solutions that meet the customers' needs. Responsibilities of the Bilingual AT&T Representative:

• As an Bilingual AT&T Representative, promote products and services to customers, delivering personalized solutions that align with their needs and add value to their wireless services
• Work closely with the sales team and other Bilingual AT&T Representatives to refine sales approaches and elevate the customer service experience, with a focus on driving sales and improving customer loyalty
• Resolve customers' complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction
• Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities to help customers, while contributing to the overall success of the company
• Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activity to accurately track business development

Qualifications of the Bilingual AT&T Representative :

• Experience as a Customer Service Representative, in sales, wireless, retail, hospitality or a related field
• Active listening skills
• Ability to navigate technology is a plus
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stay organized and be detail oriented when working with customers accounts
• Solution-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
