We deliver results-driven treatments with real warmth, and we're growing fast. Our team is tight-knit, supportive, and passionate about doing work that genuinely makes people feel their best.
About the Role
We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who's equal parts skilled, warm, and genuinely excited about helping people feel their best. In this role, you'll deliver customized massage treatments, connect with clients on their wellness goals, and be a core part of a team that cares deeply about the work they do.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions — including deep tissue and trigger point therapy — tailored to each client's individual needs
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans, whether the goal is pain relief, muscle tension, or pure relaxation
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend ongoing therapies to support their wellness journey
- Maintain accurate, detailed treatment records in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Uphold a clean, welcoming, and serene environment for every client — every single time
- Collaborate with your teammates to continuously improve the MOD experience
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and certifications to keep leveling up your craft
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally
- Proven experience in patient service, customer care, and occupational health settings
- Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and overall body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can read a room and connect with any client
- Proven experience in client-facing, customer care, or healthcare settings
- Ability to stay energized, professional, and fully present throughout your shift
