Helpdesk Support with Ticketing and Procurement

Location : Austin, TX

Duration : Long Term

Pay rate : $18

Note: We need people from Tech and functional background both; (Tech + Procurement)

Functional (Like)

Responsibilities:

IT Hardware procurement (Laptop, peripherals, Mobility devices)

Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management

Inventory/CMDM alignment

Excel/reporting/data analysis

Need someone with strong customer service skills with good communication skill.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
