We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team, developing strategies to increase sales and profits, and managing customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be expected to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop plans to maximize sales performance. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members.
• Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop customer relationships and build loyalty.
• Create reports on sales performance and metrics.
• Train and onboard new sales representatives.
