Property Manager

• Property Manager Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Greet and communicate with residents and prospective tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process customer bookings, move-ins, move-outs, and customer checkouts.
• Maintain and update customer and resident information in the database accurately.
• Collect rent payments and manage rent collection procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Perform administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, files, reports, and resident documentation.
• Oversee the day-to-day appearance and operation of the property to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Enforce community policies and regulations consistently and fairly.
• Assist with additional property management responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
